Final Countdown

It’s the final countdown…to the ethics exam I have to take for law school…again. Who doesn’t love to retake a test? Especially when you didn’t pass it by one, I repeat, ONE point.

I feel quite a bit more prepared than I did last time. Last time it was kinda “let’s get it over with, it’ll be easy.” This time I feel like I’m understanding the concepts and want to show my understanding by passing the exam.

In other news, I found out today exactly what breed my puppy is. Drumroll, please! He’s one quarter German Shepherd, one quarter Alaskan Malamute, one quarter Boxer, and one quarter Chow Chow. All in all, a very good tempered, loyal dog. I can’t wait to see what he looks like when he’s fully grown! The only worrisome parts were that Chow Chows can be a bit stubborn and aggressive, which he totally was today when we went out and he refused to walk and only would do so when there was a wall to walk next to. Other than that, he got a clean bill of health and is still the wonderful mutt that he was when I first adopted him a little over a month ago.

On the docket for tonight, a little MBA homework for my new class and maybe some tidying up. It’s kind of astonishing how much stuff piles up when you’re constantly running out the door. I’m looking forward to going to a book signing tomorrow night. I’ve set up going to a few of these, as they break up the monotony of the week and give me a little incentive to get back into reading. I’ve yet to fully commit to completing a whole book recently, but it’s the thought that counts, right?

Off to go read about taking over the business world, one acquisition at a time!

Until Soon,
